Celebrate our marvelous mothers with a brunch buffet at The Forester Hotel. Seating available at 9:00am or 12:00pm.

Sicula salad - Arugula and spring mix lettuce, orange segments, white beans, cherry tomatoes, capers and citrus vinaigrette

Smoked salmon - Traditional lox with bagel, capers, red onion, dill cream cheese, tomato and cucumber.

Carving Station

Roasted tenderloin with rosemary demi-glace.
