First Course

Short Rib Bites: Garlic buttered roll, shredded braised short rib, melted mozzarella & provolone cheese, with creamy horseradish aioli

Second Course

Oaken Salad for Two: Baby oak leaf lettuce, orange, avocado, whipped ricotta, garlic chip, crostini, lavender-vanilla vinaigrette

Third Course (choose 1)

Seafood Linguine for Two: Linguine, shrimp, seared scallops, mussels, calamari, heirloom cherry tomatoes, garlic, shallots in a white wine butter sauce finished with chili crisp and fresh parsley.

OR

Chicken Parmesan for Two: Seasoned breaded chicken breast, mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan cheese, linguine, and marinara sauce 

Fourth Course

Chocolate Brownie Skillet for Two: Warm fudge brownie, vanilla bean ice cream, fresh strawberries, chocolate ganache, and powdered sugar.
